These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Ali Karakaya, the seller of Bass Fretboard Trainer (the "Service"). By accessing, using, or purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bass Fretboard Trainer is an in-browser educational application for learning the bass fretboard, including trainer modes, scale visualization, and synthesized audio playback. It is provided as a web service accessible through a browser.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringement of intellectual property rights; interference with security or systems (including malware, probing, or scraping); attempts to reverse engineer or circumvent the Service; and any activity that disrupts the Service or other users.
Ali Karakaya retains all ownership, rights, and title in the Service, including its code, design, branding, documentation, and content. Your purchase or use grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal, educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ali Karakaya does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is free to use. No products or subscriptions are sold. The Service displays cryptocurrency wallet addresses for users who wish to send a voluntary tip or donation. Donations are sent directly on-chain to the listed addresses, are entirely optional, and grant no additional rights, features, or services. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, donations are non-refundable — see the Refund Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, or security risks. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ali Karakaya is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the seller, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
